Sturdy and Strong Rolling Stands fitted to a strong fabricated structure made of Ultrasonically tested material to produce high quality variable diameter EC and Alloy Rods. To increase efficiency, the Rolling Mill is equipped with two stands of Monoblock design to undertake heavy reduction thus taking the load off the subsequent stands.

The Rolling Mill is capable of producing Aluminium Wire Rods of Dia 8 mm, 9.5 mm and 12.5 mm. It is fitted with Initial Reduction Gear Box of Ratio 4:1 and a 300 HP AC/DC Motor. The Mill can produce up to 4.5 Tonnes and 4 Tonnes of EC Grade and Alloy Grade Wire Rod per hour respectively.
