Rewinding Unit consists of a Decoiler, a Tensioner and a Recoiling Unit. It is used to tightly coil the rod, layer by layer as per Export Grade Specifications. It is capable of rewinding the coils into desired ID/weight and Width. The rewinded coils are known as flipped coil and have applications in Deoxidation of Steel, hardware products and high-quality conductor grade.
