Mr. Gupta had 10 years of solid experience with well known giants, such as M/s. Texmaco and M/s. Hindalco before starting his own venture of HIND UDYOG.
Launch
HIND UDYOG started in 1965 in Kolkata and later shifted to Faridabad in 1971 and during its 53 years of existence, it has developed a large number of components and equipments for the Aluminum Industry and also developed a large number of Import Substitution Equipments. This proprietorship unit was taken over by Hind Udyog Pvt.Ltd. on 1st April, 2014. HIND UDYOG PVT.LTD. is now a closely held company promoted by Mr.Gupta’s Family.
Faridabad
HIND UDYOG PVT.LTD. has manufactured and supplied more than 1000 complete Rolling Stands, 40 Rolling Mill Projects complete with Caster and Coilers etc. The Rolling Mill equipments have been well received in the market with appreciation from all the clients.
Three Rolling Mills have been exported to other countries and a large number of spares are also being exported since last 25 years.
Eleven CNC Turning Centers and Five Vertical Machining Centers and Two Horizontal Machining Centre have already been commissioned and more such latest machines are being ordered to make it a most modern Unit.
Three other Sister Concerns are also progressing well under the Umbrella guidance and principles of HIND UDYOG PVT.LTD.
GRINDWELL ENGINEERS
GRINDWELL ENGINEERS which was started in 1982 is primarily engaged in Jobbing and manufacturing of Heavy components for various industries like Steel Rolling Mills, Stone Crushing Equipment Manufacturers and miscellaneous Replacement and Maintenance Jobs for Machine Tool Industry.
SURUCHI ALLOYS PVT.LTD
SURUCHI ALLOYS PVT.LTD., a Trading unit, was also started in 1982 and later incorporated into a Pvt. Ltd. Company in 1998. It caters to Tool and Alloy Steel requirements for Tool Rooms and Industry making Dies & Moulds and Jigs & Fixtures primarily for automotive ancillaries. SURUCHI ALLOYS PVT.LTD. has a high name in local market as well as NCR for Quality Products.
TAUROTEC ENGINEERING PVT.LTD
TAUROTEC ENGINEERING PVT LTD (formerly TECH SURUCHI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PVT.LTD.) was incorporated in 2007. It is engaged in manufacture and Jobbing of bulk quantities of highly precision components primarily for Automotive Ancillaries. It also takes up Designing and Development of critical components for Tool Room Application and Import Substitution segment.
MANAGEMENT
GRINDWELL ENGINEERS is managed by Mr.Anurag Gupta, elder son of Mr. G.R.Gupta. Mr. Anurag is a qualified Engineer and actively looking after the company since 1988.
Hind Udyog Pvt.Ltd., Suruchi Alloys Pvt.Ltd. and Taurotec Engineering Pvt Ltd. are being managed by Mr.Parag Gupta, younger son of Mr.G.R.Gupta. He is a B.Com (Hons.) graduate and actively handling the working of the Company since 1989. He is being assisted by his son, Mr.Vibhor Gupta, himself a qualified Engineer.
Hind Udyog Pvt.Ltd. Group at the moment is providing employment to about 200 personnel. All the units are providing healthy working atmosphere to its staff and workers and complying with all statutory, legal and humanitarian requisites and formalities.
