With a horizontal pouring system and Steel Mold Casting Wheel of diameter ranging from 1800 mm (Standard) up to 2200 mm diameter, Cast Bar of Section ranging from 1570 sq. mm (approx., Standard) up to 2300 sq. mm, inclusive of Gear Box of Ratio 70:1, 7.5 HP Motor, Control Panel, and a 4-meter-high Floating Guide. Casting rate of Cast Bar will be 4.5 Tonnes/Hour (approx.) for EC Grade Aluminium and 4 Tonnes/Hour for Alloy Grade Aluminium.
