Mounted on a heavy fabricated frame, the Cantilever design coilers are driven by a heavy-duty worm reduction gear box. The traverse mechanism is synchronized with the coiler speed which guides the rod to be tightly wound, layer by layer over the spool. The Cantilever design helps in the efficient and fast unloading of complete coils.
